Everything But The Bagel Pretzels

Simple crowd-pleaser appetizer that can be whipped up in just 20 minutes. With its quick and easy preparation, it's the perfect appetizer to serve before Kick-Off

Ingredients 

  • 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury Dough Rolls

  • 4 Cups Water

  • 1/4 Cup Baking Soda

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • Everything Bagel Seasoning 

Directions

  1. Unravel dough and slice horizontally and then in half, braid dough and set aside

  2. Preheat oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a pot, combine water and baking soda. Bring to boil then reduce to a simmer. Add braided dough and till it floats to top. Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to baking sheet, making sure the pretzels aren't touching

  3. Brush beaten egg over each pretzel, then sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning. 

  4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and serve on its own or with a cheese dip
